Couriers usually deliver between 09:00 and 18:30 and do not deliver via direct telephone contact or in specific time slots. For shipments in Italy you can be informed about the delivery of your package, the free SMS notification service is active: you will be notified by the courier when your order is about to be delivered, advising you of the day and time slot expected for delivery . To activate this service, you must fill in the "telephone number" field when placing the order, entering a valid mobile number.
We recommend that you indicate your workplace as the delivery address rather than your home address, or at least an address where they can find someone to receive the goods during the indicated times. If they cannot find you, they will still try to contact you by phone to notify you of the delivery the following day.
Solaris does not ship the goods you ordered to bfpo and PO boxes.

Our couriers do not collect or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and on the following dates:
