Returns are FREE !

You can return the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To return one or more products, send an email to resi@solarissport.com indicating the reason for the return, the order number, the address and the telephone number.

The goods you return must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be in the original packaging. If the goods do not meet these requirements, your return cannot be accepted!

Once the package is returned you will receive a refund .

REIMBURSEMENT:

We will refund the value of the goods net of expenses in the same payment method you used. If you paid cash on delivery, provide your bank details by sending an email to resi@solarissport.com. If you receive goods that do not conform to the description or have manufacturing defects, Solaris will also refund the shipping costs in addition to the value of the goods.

 

CHANGE:

We do not make exchanges, but returns and refunds.

To make a replacement, simply place a new order and pay for it, so that it can be shipped normally, as if it were an independent order.

At the same time, carry out the return procedure for the product you wish to return.

Once the product in question has returned to the company, we will refund the value of the goods.

 

ABROAD
